The Office of Equal Opportunity announces the Martin Luther King Jr. speech contest.
Requirements: one student per category (Grades K-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-9, 10-12) per school. Theme - any portion from a single Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. speech. Time limit is one minute minimum with three minutes maximum. Speech can be presented in English or another language.
Awards: 1st place receives $100, 2nd place receives $75, and 3rd place receives $50
